Mahalakshmi is a Post Graduate in Biotechnology from University of Madras. And an Diploma holder in Psychology counselling . She has over 15 years of Experience in Andrology and Embryology Laboratory work. And also she worked has a course coordinator with Madras university for Pg diploma in Clinical Embryology Program. And , trained many students in certificate and Diploma program of embryology.
Involved in Many Paper writing and Research Work in both Andrology and Embryology.
She has been with Create since its inception.

Prior to that, she worked as Senior Embryologist at the IVF center’s of Large Multi Specialty teaching Hospitals in Chennai. She has consistently delivered Commendable performances both in her present and past tenure. She is very much focused on strong ethical practices and emphasis on maintaining Quality Control in the laboratory .
